Life changes. Our goal was to design a home with the flexibility to meet a family’s changing needs.
The primary residence of this 3Gen home is open and luxurious. The second Master Suite easily functions as a guest or caregiver suite.


The first floor lock-off has dual access from the residence as well as the courtyard and can function as either a large family room with a secluded office, or a quasi or fully independent living suite for teenage children or senior parents.
The second floor lock-off has its own entrance and is ideal for use as a large hobby room, an artist’s studio, or fully independent living suite for children with their own children. There are plenty of places within this residence where live-in Nannies and Caretakers can live comfortably without interfering with your privacy. This home easily re-GEN-erates itself as needs dictate, resulting in more sustainable homes that families don’t outgrow with each of life’s changes; and with less moving, more stable neighborhoods. We believe in this house, because we believe that living with family has major economic and social benefits, especially for the very old and the very young. This home provides wonderful spaces in all the right places, so that everyone can be together when they want to be without sacrificing their privacy. It’s the healthy way to live.
